Customs, duties and taxes

1. There are no customs duties applied to your order within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. All prices include VAT.

3. In the event that the customer is outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, fees or taxes are collected on shipments according to the policy of the country to which they are shipped.

Return policy

The company's policy regarding exchange or return and exchange:

1. No return or exchange is allowed unless there is a problem with the product, or it arrived by mistake, in which case the product will be returned and we will bear the return cost.

2. It is allowed to exchange or return the product within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition and unused.

3. When there is a shortage in the number of required products, in this case, the amount of the missing product will be returned to the customer's account within 5 working days.

The amount is refunded after the product reaches us and its condition is confirmed. The process of transferring the refund amount may take from two to 7 working days from the day the product is received, and may be delayed based on the customer's bank policy.
